This privacy policy applies to the pika pick app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Ochotona Studio (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require users to create an account or sign in. The Service Provider does not store user account data on its servers.

The Application may collect or process limited information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages or screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and time spent on those pages
• The operating system and device model you use on your mobile device
• App preferences, saved events, or saved places stored locally on your device

Location Information

The Application may use location information, with your permission, to show nearby cultural events, places, and distance information. Location information is used to provide app functionality and is not linked to a user account because the Application does not provide a login system.

You can disable location access at any time through your device settings, but some nearby-place or distance-based features may become limited.

Advertising

The Application may use Google AdMob in the future to display advertisements. AdMob may collect information such as Advertising ID, IP address, device information, and approximate location derived from network information in order to provide, limit, measure, and improve advertisements.

Third Party Access

The Application may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies:

Only aggregated or limited technical information may be transmitted to third-party services as needed to provide advertisements, improve reliability, or operate the Application.

Data Retention Policy

Because the Application does not have a login system, the Service Provider does not retain personal user-account data on its servers. Locally saved information, such as saved events or app preferences, remains on your device unless you delete it or uninstall the Application.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that such information has been provided, it will be immediately deleted.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding your information and uses reasonable procedural safeguards to protect information processed by the Application and related third-party services.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to consult this page regularly for any changes.
