Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the aura:pureview (아우라 퓨어뷰) app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Ochotona Studio (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service.
Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
In-App Purchases
The Application offers basic features at no cost, but certain premium features (such as ad removal and cloud synchronization with external services) may require a one-time purchase or subscription fee (“In-App Purchases”).
All In-App Purchases are processed through the Google Play Store. The Service Provider does not directly process payments or have access to your credit card information.
Any refund requests must be directed to the Google Play Store and are subject to Google’s refund policies. The Service Provider cannot process refunds directly.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Service Changes
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Data Security and User Responsibility
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone, which involves removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Such actions could expose your phone to malware, viruses, malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.
Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate. However, the Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the application.
Data Loss: While we strive to protect your data, the Service Provider is not responsible for the loss of any app settings, configurations, or local data display issues due to device failure, server errors, or user negligence.
Third-Party Services
Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Below are the links to the Terms and Conditions of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
Connectivity and Charges
Some functions of the Application (e.g., Weather updates, Cloud Sync) require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of access to Wi-Fi or if you have exhausted your data allowance. If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, please be aware that your mobile network provider’s agreement terms still apply. Consequently, you may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage during the connection to the application, or other third-party charges.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may wish to update the application at some point. The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or compatible with the particular operating system version installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the application when offered to you. The Service Provider may also wish to cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice to you.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
The Service Provider may periodically update their Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.

본 이용약관은 Ochotona Studio(이하 “서비스 제공자”)가 개발한 모바일 기기용 aura:pureview (아우라 퓨어뷰) 앱(이하 “애플리케이션”)에 적용됩니다. 본 서비스는 부분 유료화(Freemium) 서비스로 제공됩니다.
애플리케이션을 다운로드하거나 사용함으로써 귀하는 다음 약관에 자동으로 동의하게 됩니다. 애플리케이션을 사용하기 전에 본 약관을 주의 깊게 읽고 이해하는 것을 강력히 권장합니다.
인앱 결제 (In-App Purchases)
애플리케이션은 기본 기능을 무료로 제공하지만, 광고 제거 및 외부 서비스와의 클라우드 동기화와 같은 특정 프리미엄 기능은 일회성 구매 또는 구독료(“인앱 결제”)가 필요할 수 있습니다.
모든 인앱 결제는 Google Play Store를 통해 처리됩니다. 서비스 제공자는 결제를 직접 처리하거나 귀하의 신용카드 정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
환불 요청은 Google Play Store로 직접 문의해야 하며, Google의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 서비스 제공자는 직접 환불을 처리할 수 없습니다.
지적 재산권
애플리케이션, 애플리케이션의 일부 또는 상표의 무단 복제 및 수정은 엄격히 금지됩니다. 애플리케이션의 소스 코드를 추출하거나, 다른 언어로 번역하거나, 파생 버전을 만들려는 시도는 허용되지 않습니다. 애플리케이션과 관련된 모든 상표, 저작권, 데이터베이스 권리 및 기타 지적 재산권은 서비스 제공자의 소유입니다.
서비스 변경
서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션이 가능한 한 유익하고 효율적이 되도록 최선을 다하고 있습니다. 따라서 언제든지 어떤 이유로든 애플리케이션을 수정하거나 서비스 요금을 청구할 권리가 있습니다. 서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션 또는 서비스에 대한 요금이 발생할 경우 귀하에게 명확하게 알릴 것입니다.
데이터 보안 및 사용자 책임
애플리케이션은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 귀하가 서비스 제공자에게 제공한 개인 데이터를 저장하고 처리합니다. 휴대폰과 애플리케이션에 대한 접근 보안을 유지하는 것은 귀하의 책임입니다. 서비스 제공자는 공식 운영 체제에서 부과한 소프트웨어 제한을 제거하는 루팅(Rooting)이나 탈옥(Jailbreaking)을 하지 않을 것을 강력히 권장합니다. 이러한 행위는 휴대폰을 맬웨어, 바이러스, 악성 프로그램에 노출시키고 보안 기능을 손상시킬 수 있으며, 애플리케이션이 올바르게 작동하지 않거나 전혀 작동하지 않을 수 있습니다.
책임의 제한 (Limitation of Liability)
서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션이 항상 업데이트되고 정확하도록 노력하지만, 애플리케이션의 기능에 전적으로 의존하여 발생하는 직접적 또는 간접적인 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
데이터 손실: 서비스 제공자는 데이터 보호를 위해 노력하지만, 기기 고장, 서버 오류 또는 사용자 과실로 인해 앱 설정, 구성 또는 로컬 데이터 표시 문제 등의 손실에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제3자 서비스
애플리케이션은 자체 이용약관을 가진 제3자 서비스를 이용합니다. 애플리케이션에서 사용하는 제3자 서비스 제공자의 이용약관 링크는 다음과 같습니다.
연결 및 요금
애플리케이션의 일부 기능(예: 날씨 업데이트, 클라우드 동기화)은 인터넷 연결이 필요합니다. Wi-Fi에 연결되지 않았거나 데이터 허용량을 소진하여 애플리케이션이 정상적으로 작동하지 않는 경우 서비스 제공자는 책임을 지지 않습니다. Wi-Fi 지역 외부에서 애플리케이션을 사용하는 경우 이동통신사와의 계약 조건이 여전히 적용됩니다. 따라서 애플리케이션 연결 중 데이터 사용에 대해 이동통신사로부터 요금이 청구되거나 기타 제3자 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다.
업데이트 및 종료
서비스 제공자는 언제든지 애플리케이션을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 서비스 제공자는 귀하에게 관련성이 있거나 귀하의 기기에 설치된 특정 운영 체제 버전과 호환되도록 애플리케이션을 항상 업데이트한다고 보장하지 않습니다. 그러나 귀하는 애플리케이션 업데이트가 제공될 때 이를 수락하는 데 동의합니다. 서비스 제공자는 사전 통지 없이 언제든지 애플리케이션 제공을 중단하고 사용을 종료할 수 있습니다.
준거법 (Governing Law)
본 이용약관은 대한민국의 법률에 따라 규율되고 해석됩니다.
이용약관 변경
서비스 제공자는 이용약관을 주기적으로 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 따라서 변경 사항이 있는지 이 페이지를 정기적으로 검토하는 것이 좋습니다. 서비스 제공자는 새 이용약관을 이 페이지에 게시하여 변경 사항을 알릴 것입니다.
본 이용약관은 2026년 2월 12일부터 시행됩니다.
