These Terms & Conditions apply to ShotLeaf, a mobile photo-editing app provided by ochotona-studio (Ochotona Studio). Please read them before using the app. By using ShotLeaf, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

What ShotLeaf Provides

ShotLeaf lets you choose photos from your device, apply templates and frames, create collages, adjust layout and text, display or edit shooting information, and save new images to your gallery. Editing takes place on your device and does not require a ShotLeaf account.

Photo import and export depend on the permissions available on your device, supported file formats, and available memory and storage. Features and templates may vary by app version and platform.

Your Photos and Other Content

You retain the rights you hold in the photos, logos, text, and other content you bring into ShotLeaf. Using the app does not transfer ownership of that content to us or grant us permission to publish it or use it for advertising.

Only use content you own or have permission to use. When editing or sharing images, respect other people’s copyright, trademarks, privacy, and portrait or publicity rights. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed for your intended use, including commercial use.

Adding a template does not remove third-party rights in a photo, logo, font, or other material. Rights in the app and its supplied assets remain with their respective owners. Use of a brand name or camera depiction in a template does not imply that brand’s sponsorship or endorsement.

Do not use ShotLeaf to create or distribute unlawful content, violate another person’s rights, or misrepresent edited images in a way that causes unlawful harm. Do not interfere with the app’s operation or redistribute its software or standalone assets without authorization, except as allowed by law or an applicable open-source or third-party license.

Metadata and Sharing

Photo metadata may be missing, inaccurate, or changed by another app. Shooting information displayed or edited in ShotLeaf is not proof of where, when, or how a photograph was taken.

Templates and exported JPG metadata may include shooting details, dates, notes, or other identifying information. Some templates can also display GPS coordinates already recorded in the selected photo. Check your preview and export options before sharing an image. Disabling JPG metadata retention does not remove information visibly drawn into the image.

ShotLeaf does not automatically publish your results. If you share an exported file through another app, that app’s terms and privacy practices apply.

Permissions, Saving, and Backups

You can decline or revoke photo and storage access through the controls provided by your device. Doing so may prevent photo selection or saving.

ShotLeaf saves results as new files rather than overwriting the source photos. Keep independent copies of important originals and verify that exports have saved successfully. The app does not provide its own cloud backup or recovery service. Unsaved edits may be lost when a session ends, the app stops, or the operating system clears data.

Uninstalling ShotLeaf or clearing app data may remove local settings and temporary editing data. Images already saved to the device gallery remain until you delete them separately. Device or photo-service backups are managed through those services.

Advertising

ShotLeaf’s first Android release is planned to include Google AdMob native ads, which may contain images or video. Advertising-related processing and privacy choices are described in the ShotLeaf Privacy Policy. Ad availability depends on network access, advertising supply, configuration, and applicable privacy choices.

An advertisement does not constitute our endorsement of the advertiser or its products. External advertiser sites, services, and purchases are subject to their own terms. Viewing ads or opening external links may use a network connection and incur charges under your mobile plan.

One-Time Ad Removal Purchase

On Android, ShotLeaf offers optional permanent ad removal through a one-time, non-consumable Google Play purchase, where the product is available. It is not a subscription, has no recurring charge, and does not need to be purchased again for each use. The applicable price, currency, and taxes are shown by Google Play before you confirm payment.

This purchase removes advertising displayed by the ShotLeaf Android app identified by the package name above. It does not remove ads in other apps or websites, transfer to another platform or Google Play account, or grant ownership of templates or third-party assets. Separate products not included in the purchase description are not automatically included.

“Permanent” means that the ad-removal entitlement has no scheduled expiry or renewal fee. App updates do not by themselves cancel a valid purchase. It does not promise perpetual operation of the app or compatibility with every future device; the service-change provisions and your statutory rights below continue to apply.

Ad removal starts when Google Play reports a completed purchase or valid restoration. Pending, canceled, or failed payments do not grant a new entitlement. Product availability and payment methods depend on Google Play and your region; an unavailable purchase service does not prevent photo editing or saving.

Purchase Restoration and Status

Use the same Google Play account that owns the purchase on a compatible Android device, connect to the internet, and select Me > Restore purchase after reinstalling the app or changing devices. No ShotLeaf login is required. Restoration depends on Google Play being able to return the valid purchase for that account; check the account and try restoring before purchasing again.

The app also checks ownership at startup and when it resumes. The last confirmed ownership status is cached locally for use when a check is unavailable. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app does not cancel the Google Play purchase, but a fresh installation may need an online restoration before recognizing ad removal.

If Google Play reports that the entitlement has been revoked, including after a refund that revokes access, ad removal ends and ads may resume. Google Play synchronization and cached results can delay this change. Uninstalling ShotLeaf is not a refund request.

Refunds and Purchase Support

You may request a refund using Google Play’s refund process, or contact by.ochotona@gmail.com for a purchase or refund issue. Eligibility and handling depend on the reason, timing, product, country, Google Play policy, and applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

When contacting us, provide the order number, purchase date, and a description of the issue where needed. Do not send full card details, account passwords, or purchase tokens. A purchase-rights check or restoration is not a new charge. If payment is pending or the benefit has not appeared, check the Google Play order status and contact support before attempting another payment.

Privacy

The ShotLeaf Privacy Policy explains photo access, local storage, metadata, deletion, support correspondence, advertising services, Google Play purchase processing, and international processing by external services. Accepting these terms does not replace any separate permission or consent required for personal information processing.

Availability and Responsibility

We aim to provide a useful and reliable app, but cannot guarantee that every file, device, template, or export will work without interruption or error. Export quality, colors, and metadata can vary with the source image, settings, file format, and device.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ShotLeaf is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Our responsibility for any loss is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Updates and Ending Use

We may update features or templates, change device compatibility, or discontinue features. Material changes affecting your use will be explained in the app, release information, or this website as appropriate. An update may be needed for compatibility or security.

If we plan to end the service or make a material change affecting a paid benefit, we will provide advance notice describing the effective date, the impact on existing purchases, and the available support or refund process. Purchased benefits and any refunds or remedies will be handled under applicable law and Google Play rules. The ability to change or end the service does not remove your mandatory consumer rights.

You can stop using ShotLeaf at any time by uninstalling it. Delete exported images and any separate backups through the gallery or service that stores them if you also want those files removed.

Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for a minor to use the app or accept these terms, that consent must be obtained.

Changes and Contact

Revised terms will be posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect, with any additional notice or agreement required by applicable law.

For complaints or disputes, contact us with a description of the problem so we can investigate and respond. If a dispute is not resolved, you may use consumer-dispute resolution procedures or courts available under applicable law. These terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections or court access available in your place of residence.

제공하는 기능

ShotLeaf는 기기의 사진을 선택하고, 템플릿과 프레임을 적용하며, 콜라주를 만들고, 배치와 문구를 조절하고, 촬영정보를 표시하거나 편집한 뒤 새로운 이미지를 갤러리에 저장하는 앱입니다. 편집은 기기 안에서 이루어지며 ShotLeaf 계정이 필요하지 않습니다.

사진 불러오기와 저장은 기기 권한, 지원되는 파일 형식, 사용 가능한 메모리와 저장 공간의 영향을 받습니다. 제공되는 기능과 템플릿은 앱 버전 및 플랫폼에 따라 다를 수 있습니다.

사용자의 사진과 콘텐츠

사용자가 ShotLeaf에 불러온 사진, 로고, 문구 및 기타 콘텐츠에 대해 보유한 권리는 사용자에게 그대로 남습니다. 앱을 이용한다고 해당 콘텐츠의 소유권이 운영자에게 이전되거나 운영자가 이를 게시·광고에 사용할 수 있게 되는 것은 아닙니다.

본인이 소유하거나 이용 허락을 받은 콘텐츠만 사용해 주세요. 편집하거나 공유할 때 타인의 저작권, 상표권, 개인정보, 초상권 등 관련 권리를 존중해야 합니다. 상업적 이용을 포함해 원하는 용도에 필요한 권리와 허락을 확보할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

템플릿을 적용해도 사진, 로고, 글꼴 등 제3자 자료의 권리가 사라지지 않습니다. 앱과 제공되는 구성 요소의 권리는 각각의 권리자에게 있습니다. 템플릿에 브랜드명이나 카메라 이미지가 포함되어 있다는 사실만으로 해당 브랜드가 ShotLeaf를 후원하거나 보증한다는 의미는 아닙니다.

불법 콘텐츠를 제작·배포하거나, 타인의 권리를 침해하거나, 편집된 이미지를 오인하게 하여 불법적인 피해를 주는 용도로 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 법령 또는 적용되는 오픈소스·제3자 라이선스가 허용하는 경우를 제외하고, 앱의 동작을 방해하거나 소프트웨어 및 개별 구성 자료를 허가 없이 재배포해서는 안 됩니다.

메타데이터와 공유

사진의 메타데이터는 누락되거나 부정확할 수 있고, 다른 앱에서 변경되었을 수 있습니다. ShotLeaf에 표시하거나 직접 편집한 촬영정보는 사진의 실제 촬영 장소·시간·방법을 증명하지 않습니다.

템플릿과 내보낸 JPG 메타데이터에는 촬영정보, 날짜, 메모 또는 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 일부 템플릿은 선택한 사진에 이미 기록된 GPS 좌표도 표시할 수 있습니다. 공유 전에 미리보기와 내보내기 설정을 확인해 주세요. JPG 메타데이터 유지를 꺼도 이미지 안에 보이는 형태로 그려진 정보는 삭제되지 않습니다.

ShotLeaf는 결과물을 자동으로 공개하지 않습니다. 내보낸 파일을 다른 앱에서 공유하면 해당 앱의 약관과 개인정보 처리 방식이 적용됩니다.

권한, 저장 및 백업

기기에서 제공하는 제어 기능으로 사진 및 저장소 접근을 거절하거나 철회할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 사진 선택이나 저장을 이용하지 못할 수 있습니다.

ShotLeaf는 원본을 덮어쓰는 대신 결과물을 새 파일로 저장합니다. 중요한 원본은 별도로 보관하고, 결과물이 정상적으로 저장되었는지 확인해 주세요. 앱은 자체 클라우드 백업이나 복구 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다. 편집 세션이 끝나거나 앱이 중단되거나 운영체제가 데이터를 정리하면 저장하지 않은 편집 내용이 사라질 수 있습니다.

앱 삭제 또는 앱 데이터 초기화 시 로컬 설정과 임시 편집 데이터가 삭제될 수 있습니다. 갤러리에 이미 저장한 이미지는 별도로 삭제하기 전까지 남습니다. 기기나 사진 서비스의 백업은 해당 서비스에서 관리해야 합니다.

광고

ShotLeaf의 첫 Android 출시 버전에는 이미지 또는 동영상이 포함될 수 있는 Google AdMob 네이티브 광고를 제공할 예정입니다. 광고 관련 정보 처리와 개인정보 선택 방법은 ShotLeaf 개인정보처리방침에서 안내합니다. 광고 표시 여부는 네트워크 상태, 광고 공급, 설정 및 적용되는 개인정보 선택에 따라 달라집니다.

광고 표시는 운영자가 광고주나 상품을 보증한다는 의미가 아닙니다. 광고주의 외부 사이트, 서비스, 구매에는 해당 서비스의 약관이 적용됩니다. 광고 표시나 외부 링크 이용에는 네트워크 연결이 필요할 수 있으며, 이용 중인 통신 요금제에 따라 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다.

1회 구매형 영구 광고 제거

Android에서는 상품이 제공되는 경우 Google Play의 1회 구매형 비소모성 상품으로 영구 광고 제거를 선택할 수 있습니다. 구독이 아니므로 정기 결제가 없고, 사용할 때마다 다시 구매할 필요가 없습니다. 적용 가격, 통화 및 세금은 결제 확정 전에 Google Play에서 표시합니다.

이 구매는 위 패키지명의 ShotLeaf Android 앱이 표시하는 광고를 제거합니다. 다른 앱이나 웹사이트의 광고를 제거하거나, 다른 플랫폼·Google Play 계정으로 권리를 이전하거나, 템플릿 및 제3자 자료의 소유권을 부여하지 않습니다. 구매 설명에 포함되지 않은 별도 상품이 자동으로 포함되는 것은 아닙니다.

‘영구’는 광고 제거 구매 권한에 정해진 만료일이나 갱신 비용이 없다는 뜻입니다. 앱이 업데이트되었다는 이유만으로 유효한 구매가 취소되지는 않습니다. 다만 앱의 무기한 운영이나 모든 미래 기기와의 호환성을 보장하는 의미는 아니며, 아래의 서비스 변경 안내와 법률상 소비자 권리는 그대로 적용됩니다.

Google Play에서 구매 완료 또는 유효한 복원이 확인되면 광고 제거를 적용합니다. 승인 대기·취소·실패 상태의 결제에는 새로운 구매 권한을 부여하지 않습니다. 상품 제공 여부와 결제 수단은 Google Play 및 지역에 따라 달라지며, 결제 서비스를 사용할 수 없어도 사진 편집과 저장은 이용할 수 있습니다.

구매 복원 및 상태 확인

앱을 다시 설치하거나 기기를 변경한 경우, 호환되는 Android 기기에서 구매한 것과 동일한 Google Play 계정을 사용하고 인터넷에 연결한 뒤 내 정보 > 구매 복원을 선택해 주세요. ShotLeaf 로그인은 필요하지 않습니다. 복원하려면 Google Play에서 해당 계정의 유효한 구매 내역을 확인할 수 있어야 합니다. 다시 결제하기 전에 사용 중인 계정을 확인하고 구매 복원을 먼저 시도해 주세요.

앱은 시작하거나 다시 활성화될 때도 구매 권한을 확인합니다. 조회가 불가능한 경우를 위해 마지막으로 확인한 보유 상태를 기기에 저장합니다. 앱 데이터 초기화나 앱 삭제로 Google Play 구매가 취소되지는 않지만, 새로 설치한 앱에서 광고 제거를 인식하려면 인터넷에 연결해 복원해야 할 수 있습니다.

환불에 따른 권한 회수를 포함해 Google Play가 구매 권한 취소를 알리면 광고 제거가 종료되고 광고가 다시 표시될 수 있습니다. Google Play 동기화와 캐시로 인해 반영이 지연될 수 있습니다. ShotLeaf 앱을 삭제하는 것은 환불 요청이 아닙니다.

환불 및 결제 문의

Google Play 환불 절차를 통해 환불을 요청하거나, 구매·환불 문제를 by.ochotona@gmail.com으로 문의할 수 있습니다. 환불 가능 여부와 처리 방식은 사유, 시점, 상품, 국가, Google Play 정책 및 적용 법령에 따릅니다. 이 약관은 일률적인 환불 불가 조건을 정하거나 법률상 포기할 수 없는 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.

문의할 때 필요한 범위에서 주문번호, 구매일 및 문제 설명을 보내 주세요. 전체 카드정보, 계정 비밀번호, 구매 토큰은 보내지 말아 주세요. 구매 권한 조회나 복원은 새로운 결제가 아닙니다. 결제가 승인 대기 상태이거나 혜택이 적용되지 않으면 다시 결제하기 전에 Google Play 주문 상태를 확인하고 문의해 주세요.

개인정보 보호

사진 접근, 로컬 저장, 메타데이터, 삭제, 문의 정보, 광고 서비스, Google Play 구매 처리 및 외부 서비스의 국외 처리는 ShotLeaf 개인정보처리방침에서 안내합니다. 이 약관에 동의하는 것은 개인정보 처리에 필요한 별도 권한 허용이나 동의를 대신하지 않습니다.

서비스 제공과 책임

운영자는 유용하고 안정적인 앱을 제공하기 위해 노력하지만 모든 파일, 기기, 템플릿, 내보내기 작업이 중단이나 오류 없이 동작함을 보장하지는 않습니다. 결과물의 품질, 색상, 메타데이터는 원본 이미지, 설정, 파일 형식, 기기에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 ShotLeaf는 현재 제공되는 상태와 이용 가능한 범위로 제공됩니다. 손해에 대한 운영자의 책임은 관련 법령에 따라 판단합니다. 이 약관은 운영자의 고의·중과실에 따른 책임이나 법률상 배제·제한할 수 없는 책임 및 소비자의 권리를 제외하거나 제한하지 않습니다.

업데이트 및 이용 종료

운영자는 기능·템플릿·지원 기기를 변경하거나 일부 기능의 제공을 종료할 수 있습니다. 이용에 영향을 주는 중요한 변경은 앱, 업데이트 안내 또는 이 웹사이트를 통해 적절하게 설명합니다. 호환성이나 보안을 위해 업데이트가 필요할 수 있습니다.

서비스 종료나 유료 혜택에 영향을 주는 중요한 변경을 계획하는 경우, 적용일, 기존 구매에 미치는 영향 및 문의·환불 절차를 사전에 안내합니다. 구매한 혜택과 환불·구제 조치는 적용 법령과 Google Play 기준에 따라 처리합니다. 서비스 변경이나 종료 권한이 법률상 보장되는 소비자의 권리를 없애는 것은 아닙니다.

사용자는 앱을 삭제하여 언제든 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다. 결과물이나 별도 백업도 지우려면 이를 보관하는 갤러리 또는 해당 서비스에서 삭제해 주세요.

미성년자의 앱 이용이나 약관 동의에 관련 법령상 법정대리인의 동의가 필요한 경우 해당 동의가 필요합니다.

약관 변경 및 문의

약관이 변경되면 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시합니다. 중요한 변경은 적용 전에 알리고, 관련 법령에서 요구하는 추가 안내나 동의 절차를 진행합니다.
